I’m Victoria. I run VicLab Studio. After years working inside marketing and CRM teams, I started this practice for a simple reason: most small businesses end up with CRM software that nobody uses. They paid for it, they were “trained” on it, and it sits there as a glorified address book.

The fix isn’t a bigger tool. It’s a system designed around how your team actually works what they need at 9am on a Monday, what they avoid because it takes too many clicks, what your customers actually need to hear from you.

That’s the work. Small client roster on purpose, so each project gets the principal, not a junior account manager you’ll never hear from again.

The Audit always comes first. If your current setup can be fixed with a configuration tweak, I’ll tell you. No interest in selling you software you don’t need.

Most CRM projects die six months after go-live. The managed retainer exists so yours doesn’t small adjustments, real support, no consultant ghosting.
